This is the recipe for somaek (soju + beer), a traditional Korean cocktail. 1. First, order two soju glasses and one beer glass. You will use the soju glass like a measuring cup. 2. After overlapping two soju glasses, pour soju into the beer glass as much as the overlapping part of the glasses. 3. After that, pour the beer into the beer glass as much as the soju glass. 4.
