First of all, beef entrails mean the last, fourth, and pork entrails mean pig intestines.
It would be understandable if you think that you can grill Japanese hormones with Korean barbecue.
Makchangjip is located about 5 minutes walk from Hapjeong Station Exit 8.
Since this area is a popular place for Korean office workers, it is recommended to visit before 6 p.m. or after 8 or 9 p.m. on weekdays when office workers leave work. If you want to feel the local atmosphere because it is noisy when there are many people, I recommend it.
It is cheaper than other stores, and it is more famous for pork entrails than beef entrails.
Additionally, the menu called Gopchang bokkeum is a bit spicy and popular with stir-fried pork tripe (small intestines of pork) mixed with vegetables and spicy sauce, and you can order fried rice when you order Gopchang bokkeum. I recommend you to eat spicy food well.

This store is located about 200 meters away from Hapjeong Station Exit 8.
It's easy to find Google Maps and find the sign you see in the picture below.
If you find a sign, you can enter the exit on the left.

This is the basic side dish, doenjang stew, and you will have to pay 2,000 won for an additional meal. Soybean paste stew is one of the favorite menus of Koreans, and it has tofu and seafood as toppings. It is one of the popular side dishes.




This store is located in Hapjeong Food Alley. It is the restaurant with the most customers among the food alleys, and it may be a little noisy and uncomfortable because of the smell on the clothes, but I recommend it if you want to feel the grilled makchang properly with lots of locals.
