/ Introduce :

We love Japanese ramen. This is Ramenmoto located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu. Ramenmoto is introducing its main store in Nonhyeon, and it is a restaurant specializing in Japanese traditional Tsukemen, where thick noodles are dip in Ramenmoto's own tonkotsu soup. There is no parking space, but it is convenient to use because there are many paid parking lots nearby, and it is located near Nonhyeon Station, so there will be no difficulty in visiting. Ramenmoto was introduced in 2015 to the famous Korean food introduction program called Master of Life, and I know that it is probably one of the earliest restaurants in Korea to introduce a ramen genre called Tsukemen. There is also a second store in Sinsa Station, and it is a restaurant that has not changed since 5 years ago and has been offering a steady taste. Especially in Korea, ramen shops are concentrated in Gangseo-gu such as Shinchon and Mapo, but Ramenmoto is located in Gangnam, so many ramen lovers visit. Gangnam-gu has the most office workers and single-person households in Korea. So, if you visit during lunch/dinner, you can wait outside and eat. The tsukemen sold by Ramenmoto is Japanese ramen that is made by dipping noodles in tonkotsu soup, while Ramenmoto serves tonkotsu soup. It is also an advantage that you can eat a lot of noodles because the price of the medium size and the large size are the same. Not only tsukemen but also regular ramen are sold. The shop is small but can accommodate a small number of people, clean and friendly staff. It is recommended if you have accommodation in Gangnam-gu.

This is Tsukemen. Free seaweed, boiled eggs and lime are provided. If you sprinkle lime on the tonkotsu soup while eating, you can taste a different taste.

Spicy Tsukemen. Likewise, they offer free laver and lime, and instead of boiled eggs, they serve raw eggs and spicy soup.

You can place an order using a kiosk. You can use both cards and cash, and if you don't know how to use them, call the staff to help.

*HOW TO EAT TSUKEMEN
1. Soak a chopsticks in the soup, cover with seaweed, and serve together
2. After eating halfway, serve with lime
3. Rice is prepared for free, so just tell me. Nori and pickles are also available.
4. Enjoy it

Honest Review of Negi Dining Lounge in Garosugil, Sinsa

I recently visited Negi Dining Lounge for a dinner outing in Gangnam. It’s conveniently located near Sinsa Station, Exit 8 , making it easy to access. The restaurant is on the 4th floor of a building, and there’s an elevator available , so no worries about climbing stairs! For those driving, valet parking is available. We had a 6 PM bar seat reservation, which allowed us to watch the chefs prepare dishes up close. While this was interesting, the atmosphere at the bar was quite busy and lively. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate setting, I’d recommend choosing a table seat instead. 🍽️ Menu & Taste Review ⭐ 1. Truffle + Jamón + Ajitsuke Tamago (24,000 KRW) The first dish was already a big hit! A perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg (Ajitsuke Tamago) topped with Jamón and fresh truffle —as soon as I took a bite, the rich aroma of truffle filled my mouth. It was a fantastic appetizer, but I wished there was more because it was so delicious! A must-try menu item at Negi. ⭐ ...
