πŸ– Menu Highlights & Honest Review

✅ Samgyeopsal (₩16,000 per serving)

  • Thick, juicy pork belly with the right balance of meat and fat.

  • Grilled on a rectangular hot plate until sizzling, releasing that irresistible aroma.

  • Best enjoyed with grilled kimchi and a shot of soju.

✅ Chadolbagi (₩35,000 per serving)

  • Thinly sliced beef brisket, ideal for late-night cravings.

  • Cooks quickly, perfect with green onion salad and raw garlic.

  • Not the best in Seoul during daytime, but after midnight, nothing beats it.

✅ Kimchi Jjigae (₩9,000)

  • The restaurant’s signature dish, even featured on Korean TV shows.

  • Packed with pork chunks and sour kimchi for a bold, hearty flavor.

  • Excellent as a hangover cure or to finish off your BBQ meal.

✅ Doenjang Jjigae (₩8,000)

  • Earthy soybean paste stew with a richer, nutty flavor.

  • Some actually prefer this over the kimchi jjigae.

✅ Rolled Omelet (₩8,000)

  • Fluffy, thick, and slightly sweet with vegetables inside.

  • A favorite for second or third round drinks, easy to share.

✅ Spicy Pork Bulgogi (₩10,000)

Honest Review of Negi Dining Lounge in Garosugil, Sinsa

I recently visited Negi Dining Lounge for a dinner outing in Gangnam. It’s conveniently located near Sinsa Station, Exit 8 , making it easy to access. The restaurant is on the 4th floor of a building, and there’s an elevator available , so no worries about climbing stairs! For those driving, valet parking is available. We had a 6 PM bar seat reservation, which allowed us to watch the chefs prepare dishes up close. While this was interesting, the atmosphere at the bar was quite busy and lively. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate setting, I’d recommend choosing a table seat instead. 🍽️ Menu & Taste Review ⭐ 1. Truffle + JamΓ³n + Ajitsuke Tamago (24,000 KRW) The first dish was already a big hit! A perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg (Ajitsuke Tamago) topped with JamΓ³n and fresh truffle —as soon as I took a bite, the rich aroma of truffle filled my mouth. It was a fantastic appetizer, but I wished there was more because it was so delicious! A must-try menu item at Negi. ⭐ ...
